Hey, my name is Alexandra and I definitely have the fear of worms. I feel completely ridiculous when it happens to me but I can't help it. Its given me a fear of garbages also. Today was a disaster; I was cooking a meal when a maggot fell from the garbage(I was on vacation for 2 weeks and my 5 make roomates never took the trash out!!) onto my foot. I became dizzy and nauseous, I felt my skin tingling and I felt like they were all over me. I freaked out and went to my room, removed all my clothes thinking they might be in them. I took a 30 minute shower because I thought they were in my hair. Its such an irrational reaction, it annoys me- I wanna get rid of it but Im a student and I cam barely afford rent every month...Help!
Fairly harsh Kat - we have a genuine plea from a real Member Of the Public (MOP) here and all you can do is give the MOP more jitters.
Alexandra - my advice to you is to lie in a bath, naked, while a caring friend pours several buckets of worms onto you. This shock treatment will either cure your scoleciphobia or kill you with blind, slimy wormy panic.

Either way - worms will never bother you again.
Hope that helps.
